Most purchases are shipped within 1-2 Business Days, excluding Holidays.

All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground for items over 5 pounds. For items under 5 pounds we ship USPS Priority Mail.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email stating the method by which your product was shipped with your respective tracking information, and tracking number. Delivery times are estimated after your Order has been received and processed. Items will arrive within three to eight business days from receipt of your order, depending on your location and availability of the item in stock.

Approximate shipping times are as follows.

UPS Ground:

West Coast 3-5 days, Middle States 5-7 days, East Coast 7-10 days.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days across the United States.

We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air, as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.

Out of Stock/Special Order:

If your ordered item is not in stock, or sold out, we will notify you within 24 hours letting you know when your item will be in stock, and the expected ship date, and the option to continue or cancel your order.

Custom and Special Order items shipped directly from the supplier will usually arrive within 2 weeks (large items take longer). Estimated arrival times will be emailed upon Order receipt.

Vendor Shipping Restriction:

Bugaboo & Stokke Strollers cannot be shipped outside the United States per agreement with those vendors, thanks.

Signature Required:

Strollers and large orders over $200, are shipped with a Signature Required at the Time of Receipt or delivery. Someone must be home to accept the Stroller or item.
