PRIVACY POLICY
All information gathered by "The Baby's Ride" through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed or sold to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you as quickly as possible.  If you need to change anything about your order before your item is shipped  please feel free to e-mail us at thebabysride@comcast.net  or give us a call us at (253) 709-1356.  Any questions will be answered as fast as possible!
 
Payments Accepted
We gladly Accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted as well as Paypal payments, Bank Debit, or personal checks held for 8 days clearing time.
  
 
Return Policy
 
In the event that you find it necessary to return your purchase, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused items in its’ original condition and packaging, with Warranty cards etc...
 
Buyer must contact TheBabysRide.com through Email at: Thebabysride@comcast.net or by phone 253-709-1356 and obtain authorization for the return/exchange prior to returning the item. 
 
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price, no problem. All items must be Unused.  All furniture items will incur a $25 restocking fee.
 
 
Broken Items
 
If an item is broken or damaged upon receipt and was mailed UPS, The Baby's Ride will contact UPS to come and inspect the item, for damage that may have been caused in transit by UPS.  Pleaese leave the item it it's original boxes and packaging for inspection,and an inspection time will be set up with UPS and the Buyer, at the Buyers location.  If only part of the item is broken, and can be replaced, a replacement of that item may be ordered by The Babys Ride, and mailed out to Buyer asap, free of charge.
 
Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to final approval by The Baby's Ride.
 
Refused Items

If a package is refused by a Customer, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our actual shipping costs will be subtracted form your Refund Total.   Actual shipping costs for Strollers can vary between $30-$50.  If you have any other questions about this issue please feel free to call us at (253)709-1356 or email us at Thebabysride@comcast.net

 
We will issue a Full refund for the purchase price of any product you the Customer Return at the Customer's Expense, that meets these above conditions and hasn't been Refused.  Original shipping if any is non-refundable, and Shipping paid by the Customer for returns is also non-refundable.

Please include date of purchase, and the reason for the return in your email, and the proper contact information in case of any issues.

The buyer is responsible for the Return shipping, and the Return shipping and handling charges, and Insurance needed to Insure the item to gaurantee its safe return back to TheBabysRide.com.  Buyer should also request Tracking number and/or Confirmation number and email it to TheBabysRide at the time of the Return or shipment.  The Buyer must communicate the confirmation/tracking number to TheBabysride.com by email or phone.  If a Tracking/confirmation number is not purchased and the item is lost in the mail, a refund cannot be given until the item is located and Tracking number is given to The Babys Ride.
 
Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid.
 
For Furniture Returns, the Restocking fee is $25. 
 
 Please note:
  • Special Order items may be returned only by request
  • Personalized gifts may not be returned.
  • Items sold as Final Sale may not be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged, and will require an inspection by UPS.
  • Additional restrictions apply to Special Orders.

Complete Return Instruction:

  1. Please contact TheBabysRide by email at Thebabysride@comcast.net or by phone 253-709-1356.  You will need to provide the item description, order or payment date, and reason for return.
    Note: You can find the contact information for The Babys Ride, and the necessary order and item information, on the packing slip that accompanies your order, or on the Shipping Label itself.

  2. Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material if possible and ship to The Babys Ride. Buyer is responsible to adequately insure the Returned item for its replacement cost.  For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier (such as UPS) that provides shipment tracking information. 
  3. The Babys Ride cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Lost items in the mail are the responsibility of the Buyer to locate and track. The Baby's Ride will not be held responsible for lost returned items in the Mail, and will not issue a credit for stated lost items unaccounted for.
  4. The Baby's Ride will not process any Returns that are received without a return authorization approval, given either verbally or via Email to TheBabysRide@comcast.net.   The email must be received and replied by TheBabysRide with the Approval consent. 

Stroller Returns

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, The Babys Ride reserves the right to refuse returns on Strollers, or purchases with wear and tear, or markings, or if the product has been:
    1. Damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect as determined by The Babys Ride representative.

    2. Tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer.

  2. Please set-up your stroller at home on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with your child or children in it. Test all Stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface. Once the Stroller has been used outside, it cannot be accepted for return.

  3. If the stroller or car seat is defective upon receipt, it may be returned for exchange or refund.

  4. For car seat and stroller returns to be processed, please be sure that the car seat or stroller is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Be sure to return the item in its original vendor packaging with the instruction manual and warranty card.

  5. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing difficulties with your car seat or stroller or if you need replacement parts, please contact the manufacturer directly as provided in your instruction manual. If you need help contacting a manufacturer, please contact The Babys Ride to obtain contact information.

Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact The Babys Ride within 24 hours for best results either via Email TheBabysRide@comcast.net or by phone, (253) 709-1356.

We work hard to process and ship your order quickly. We will do all we can to stop the item(s) from being shipped, but please understand that there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop the order once it has been shipped.

Defective Product

If you receive a product from The Baby's Ride Online that is defective, you must inform us within 10 days of receipt. The Baby's Ride will provide further directions for returning or exchanging the item.

Damaged Product

Carefully examine each box for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open, or wet boxes, etc. Please be sure to write down all exceptions in the UPS delivery receipt book or have the driver make the notations.

If you receive an item that is or appears to be damaged in shipment, you must notify   The Baby's Ride immediately. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement.   The Baby's Ride will then schedule a time for UPS to examine/retrieve the damaged product in the Original box.
 
Credits and Returns

Please allow approximately 10 business days for The Baby's Ride.com to process your return or exchange. If you are exchanging or returning an item purchased for you as a gift, please contact The Baby's Ride for instructions on receiving a merchandise credit. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card used to make your purchase. In the event you made your purchase by check, your refund by check may require 10 business days for processing.
