Please contact us first at thebabysride@comcast .net if you need to return, any items, and to tell us the reason for the return.
You must contact us for a Return within 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise no return will be given. If there is problem with the merchandise you must contact us within 30 days as well.
If the return is for undamaged merchandise the return postage will be at the buyers expense.
Items must be unused, unworn, not used outside on the street, and clean in its original form to receive a full refund.
If the item is dirty or broken in any way by the buyer a refund will not be given, with the exception of Bugaboo strollers, parts, etc, which have a Warranty period.
If an item is returned without authorization or longer than 30 days and/or no contact is initiated by the buyer we may not process the return for a refund.
Once you have been given the ok to return send to, the below address with tracking number and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If you want to Exchange the item you may request an exchange and pay the difference if there is one. If no cost difference the item will be sent as soon as the exchange is received. There is a $5 return/exchange shipping fee that will need to be paid before the new item ships.
